William M. Sheriff is an entrepreneur and visionary with over 40 years of experience in the minerals industry; has raised over $500 MM in the public markets and brings extensive experience in project generation, mergers and acquisitions to the Company. Mr. Sheriff was a pioneer in the uranium renaissance as co-founder and Chairman of Energy Metals Corp. and was responsible for compiling the largest domestic uranium resource base in US history before the company was acquired by Uranium One Corp for $1.8 Billion in 2007. With his in-depth understanding of the nuclear industry and market conditions, plus his knowledge of the financial markets, Mr. Sheriff is regarded as a leader and avid supporter of nuclear energy as a clean and reliable energy source for the United States. Mr. Sheriff also has a significant interest in the gold exploration sector with personal and corporate gold exploration assets across the United States and Canada. He is a Director and co-founder of Group 11 Technologies Inc, a private company committed to the development and application of environmentally and socially responsible precious metals mineral extraction as an alternative to conventional mining methods. Mr. Sheriff is the founder and presently serves as the Executive Chair of enCore Energy Corp., a leader in in-situ recovery uranium and also serves as Chairman of Nuclear Fuels Inc. Mr. Sheriff holds a B.Sc. degree (Geology) from Fort Lewis College, Colorado and an MSc in Mining Geology from the University of Texas-El Paso. He has compiled one of the largest privately-held mining databases in the world.
Richard J. Goldfarb, PhD, is a globally recognized expert on orogenic gold deposits having served 36 years with the U.S. Geological Survey’s Mineral Resources Program. Dr. Goldfarb is a Research Professor at the Colorado School of Mines; Adjunct Professor, University of Western Australia; and a Distinguished Overseas Professor at China University of Geosciences, Beijing, China, as well as a private consultant.
Dr. Goldfarb obtained his PhD Geology from the University of Colorado and is the recipient of many awards from scientific organizations around the world. He is a Fellow and Ex-President of the Society of Economic Geologists and an Honorary Lifetime Member of the Society for Geology Applied to Mineral Deposits. He has senior authored or co-authored more than 225 papers and delivered over 200 presentations in 31 countries.

Mr. Keller has over 25 years of working experience with angel and venture backed start-ups and turnarounds in the areas of high tech and the automotive aftermarket. He currently is the National Marine Sales Manager for XPEL Inc. a NASDAQ – listed company and has held several positions in business development and sales while the company had experienced rapid revenue growth through his 13+ years of employment. Since 2010, XPEL has grown revenues from $4 million to $360 million TTM and $50 million in earnings TTM. Eric’s early working experience included enterprise software and hardware sales at: Paymetric, ClearCommerce and Dell Technologies. Mr. Keller received a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and has served on the House Corporation Board and Supervisory Committee for Phi Kappa Psi’s Texas Alpha Chapter for the past 14 years.
Ms. Walton has over 25 years’ experience providing independent management and consulting services to the mining industry, with a focus on northern Canada. Previously she served as President and Chief Executive Officer, Firestone Ventures Inc. from 2005 to 2012, and as director of Northern Tiger Resources Inc. from 2008 to 2013. Most recently, she provided expertise on mineral resource development policy for the Government of Alberta from 2013 to 2018. Ms. Walton holds a M.Sc. in Economic Geology from the University of Alberta, is a professional geoscientist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA), and holds a graduate gemologist diploma from the Gemological Institute of America.
Mr. Wasser served as the President and CEO of Ely Gold Royalties Inc. from 2010 until its sale in 2021. During his tenure, he transformed Ely Gold from an exploration/development company with a market cap of $6MM to royalty company with an asset portfolio valued at $300MM in the sale to Gold Royalty Corp. He is the President and Director of Research or Pilot Point Partners specializing in precious metal mining and oil & gas development. He has been in the brokerage and venture capital business for over 40 years. He spent 20 years as a bond salesman and trader with Merrill Lynch, Kidder Peabody and Paine Webber where his clientele included many Fortune 100 companies and institutional money managers. In 1993, he formed III-D Capital LLC to assist early staged companies in securing venture capital & equity financing. Mr. Wasser is currently a director of Dryden Gold Corp, a privately held junior exploration company with operating in Ontario.
Ms. Hauswald is the Managing Partner of Solo Management Group and has spent more than 25 years in the investment management, corporate finance, strategic planning and human resource fields. She presently serves as a Director and Audit Committee member at Group 11 Technologies Inc. and previously served as a Director of Constellation Brands and Thomas and Betts, Inc., both NYSE-listed companies, and was Chairman of the Audit and Human Resource Committees at each company. She served as Vice President and Treasurer of the Seagram Company, where she was also responsible for overseeing the Corporate Secretary, risk management, benefits funding and the investors relations department.
Prior to joining Seagram, Jeananne spent 15 years at Celanese Corporation as Assistant Treasurer. Jeananne’s early work experience included banking at Morgan Guaranty Trust Company and Strategic Planning at International Paper Company and Shell Oil. Ms Hauswald received her MBA in finance from New York University and graduated with a BS in Chemistry from Iowa State University.
